Dim Sum, a traditional Cantonese style breakfast, is prepared as small bite-sized portions in small steamer baskets or small plates. Chinese people, especially Cantonese always have dim sum dishes in the morning. They often go to some restaurants around 10 o'clock to enjoy a dim sum meal with families, or they make dim sum dishes at home. Today, I will introduce some famous and special dim sum restaurants in Hong Kong.
