Chinese Steamed Egg

Good Morning! Chinese steamed egg or egg custard is a traditional Chinese dish found all over China. Steamed egg tastes like pudding, but it is more smooth and fresh than pudding. Once you try the steamed egg, you will fall in love with it. Today, I will show you how to make a perfect steamed egg. The basic recipe for the steamed egg is water, egg, and salt. You could add mushrooms, shrimps, ground meat, or clams if you prefer. ❤ Ingredients: Egg, water, salt. ❤  Directions: 1. Beat the egg finely 2. Add water (The ratio of water and egg is 3:2) (The secret of making a perfect steamed egg is to use warm water, not too hot and not too cold) 3. Add some salt 4. Use the filter to move the impurities 5. Use plastic wrap to cover the bowl 6. Set up the steamer and steam around 10 minutes 7. Enjoy!
