Good morning everyone! I live in a suburb of Boston, a small city called Marlborough. Marlborough and its surrounding towns are a big melting pot of ethnicities. Planning a trip to London this winter 😊  ? There is one must visit restaurant next to Tower Bridge - The Coppa Club . Several days ago,  some igloos were landed on the River Thames. The best thing about living in a diverse community is the ability to find places that connect you to different countries and cultures without having to go there. Today before heading to work, I got to visit Sofra Bakery & Cafe, a small place located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I didn't actually know what Sofra meant nor did I know what kind of food they served until I looked up their website. Sofra is a Turkish word for a special low table. Sofra Bakery and Cafe offers food from Turkish, Greek and Lebanese cultures. It's like visiting 3 countries in one go. Upon entering the store, I was offered a pumpkin spice sourdough ball that sort of looked like a munchkin but tastier and more authentic.  I continued to wait in line that was a little bit outside of the store due to it being a smaller area inside. the cafe had a few seating areas outside, but not enough. The front of Garífuna Cafe   Good Morning World! Last week I visited Garífuna Cafe. Garífuna Cafe is a small restaurant located in Dorchester, an area in Boston, MA, on the corner of Washington St and Glenarm St. It offers authentic Honduran breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is a great location that is accessible by commuter rail and bus. The server was very friendly and accommodating to my father's requests. The inside is very clean and has a cozy atmosphere. Upon entering the establishment, my parents were taken back by the decor, which reminded them of their younger years growing up in Honduras. Garífuna Cafe offers eight breakfast options. I ordered one baleada con pollo (baleada with chicken). It is a handmade tortilla with chicken, beans, cream, and cheese. You can also add eggs to this dish. Caffé Nero is a European coffee house which specializes in high-quality Italian coffee. It has become everyone's go-to spot. Each time you walk into the café, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
