Hello Everyone! Today I will show you three great places that offer Mexican Brunch!
1. The Painted Burro - Somerville, MA

The Painted Burro is a restaurant located in Davis Square in Somerville. This restaurant offers an exciting seasonal menu that highlights the diverse cuisines of Latin America. This restaurant offers brunch on the weekends from 10AM- 3PM. The brunch menu includes tasty options such as Huevos Rancheros, Chorizo de La Casa Taco Plate, and Chilaquiles.



2. Dorado Tacos & Cemitas - Brookline, MA

Dorado Tacos & Cemitas is a restaurant located in Brookline, Massachusets, on the corner of Harvard St and Naples Rd. Dorado offers weekend brunch from 11AM - 3PM. Their menu includes Huevos Rancheros, Breakfast Quesadillas and gluten free Breakfast Tacos. 


3. Lone Star Taco Bar - Allston, MA

Lone Star Taco Bar is located on Cambridge St in Allston, Massachusetts. There is also a location in Cambridge, MA. The flavors on the menu are inspired by Austin, Texas and Mazatlan, Mexico. They offer brunch everyday until 4PM. Their brunch menu includes Huevos Rancheros, Jalepeño Corn Cake and Breakfast Tacos.

Good morning guys! If you woke up late today, like I did, and need to grab your daily dose of caffeine, there’s no place better than Dunks. I grew up in New England so, yes, I am a Dunkin’ girl 💁🏻. I quickly got ready and started my day by walking to Dunkin’. On my walk, I had a good feeling that there wouldn’t be a line so maybe I would finally be able to get the donut I’ve been wanting to try. The past few times I’ve gone to Dunkin’ they never had the donut I’ve wanted ☹️. Pastia for Breakfast

Good Morning! Today I will show you how I made pastia. I saw this recipe on ABC's The Chew,  and I had to try out this Italian breakfast dish. The original recipe feeds 10-12 people, so I made it to feed 5-6 people. I also made some other small adjustments. To make the dish, I used the following ingredients: 1/2 pound of linguine 1 pound of turkey bacon 1 yellow onion 6 eggs 1 cup of pecorino romano (grated) 1/4 cup of provolone 1/4 cup of parsley Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (grated) Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Boil the linguine 2 minutes longer than package instructions. Saute bacon until cooked through but not crispy for 5 minutes. Cook onions in the same pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes. Crack eggs into a large bowl and whisk them. Add the pecorino romano, provolone and parsley to the eggs. Put the pasta, bacon and onions into a bowl. Stir and then let it cool.
